Interview selections are based partly on the completeness of this application. We also strongly encourage you to submit 1- 3 letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, and current/former employers who can speak to your character, motivation, and talents. We cannot accept letters of recommendation from family members or guardians. Please download the form and give it to your recommenders. The dealine for applications and letters is March 30, 2012.
