Application process: *dates subject to change
• Indvidual artists or arts teaching organizations submit a Request for Proposal by February 24
• Selected artists and/or teaching organizations are asked to interview with
ArtWorks staff by the week of March 5
• ArtWorks’ program committee selects teaching teams for the summer (eight to
ten total artists) by March 26
• Selected teaching artists attend mandatory workshop on curriculum design and
program planning on April 28
